L&rsquo;entreprise accompagne l\u2019organisation et le financement de la formation professionnelle, et l\u2019utilisation des soft-skills dans les activit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement RH.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c0 votre avis, le plan de formation est-il moribond ?<\/h2>\n<p>Pour faire synth\u00e9tique, <strong>oui<\/strong>, le plan de formation est non seulement moribond, mais nous pourrions m\u00eame affirmer qu\u2019il est mort.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis la loi du 5 septembre 2018, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par :<br \/>\n<i>\u00ab Le plan de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences \u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences sont beaucoup plus larges qu\u2019une simple question de s\u00e9mantique.<br \/>\nCette notion induit un changement complet de paradigme : il faut maintenant partir de la finalit\u00e9, les comp\u00e9tences, et d\u00e9finir les moyens pour les d\u00e9velopper, dont la formation fait partie.<br \/>\nAinsi l\u2019Art. 6313-2 d\u00e9finit l\u2019action de formation comme un processus p\u00e9dagogique permettant d\u2019atteindre un objectif professionnel. Elle n\u2019est plus juste un programme avec ses pr\u00e9requis, ses objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques, ses moyens d\u00e9di\u00e9s et ses fameuses feuilles d\u2019\u00e9margement.<br \/>\nToutefois, il est important pour l\u2019employeur de continuer \u00e0 travailler sur le plan de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. M\u00eame si la loi ne l\u2019y oblige pas, il y est fortement incit\u00e9.
