Quels enseignements devons-nous tirer de cette exp\u00e9rimentation forc\u00e9e et \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle ? Il en est un, sans aucun doute, qui touche au management :<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail implique-t-il du\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0t\u00e9l\u00e9management<em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Arr\u00eatons-nous un instant sur le terme m\u00eame de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Est-il si appropri\u00e9 qu\u2019il en avait l\u2019air ? Probablement pas car il semble en effet qu\u2019il y ait confusion. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est de fait apparu avec ce que l\u2019on englobe sous l\u2019acronyme NTIC (Nouvelles Technologie d&rsquo;Information et de Communication), et les t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs existent bel et bien maintenant depuis des ann\u00e9es. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Les \u00e9changes de mails, les partages &lsquo;collaboratifs&rsquo; de fichiers, d\u2019espaces de stockage, de projets, participent du d\u00e9veloppement du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Ils permettent plus ou moins de s\u2019affranchir des mat\u00e9riels, du rythme circadien, des fuseaux horaires, de l\u2019espace et des temps de d\u00e9placement. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un apparent paradoxe, car\u00a0<\/span><strong>on en vient \u00e0 constater du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail dans l&rsquo;openspace<\/strong><span>\u00a0(1)<\/span><span>. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Quelles r\u00e9percussions depuis mars dernier ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>A l\u2019heure de la crise sanitaro-\u00e9conomique que nous vivons, il convient de consid\u00e9rer que nous recourrons en l\u2019occurrence au\u00a0<\/span><strong>travail \u00e0 distance<\/strong><span>\u00a0assez g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9, sans avoir rien invent\u00e9 de nouveau sur le plan du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span>Cela questionne toutefois le management, les managers d\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e9tant eux-m\u00eames personnellement concern\u00e9s par le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et des situations de travail \u00e0 distance. Des aspects positifs et des aspects n\u00e9gatifs commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre comment\u00e9s et pourraient, \u00e0 ce stade, \u00eatre r\u00e9partis par exemple en quatre domaines de r\u00e9flexion (2)<\/span><span>\u00a0:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le travail lui-m\u00eame, \u00e9ligible ou pas au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et au travail \u00e0 distance,<\/li>\n<li>le rapport au collectif,<\/li>\n<li>le rythme quotidien et hebdomadaire,<\/li>\n<li>le lien de subordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Le management, qui se retrouve \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e de ces quatre domaines, n\u2019a fort heureusement pas d\u2019autres solutions que d\u2019injecter de l\u2019humain dans chacun d\u2019entre eux. Il doit organiser, r\u00e9guler, \u00e9couter, r\u00e9orienter, d\u00e9cider, soutenir, valoriser les r\u00e9sultats, \u00eatre attentifs aux signaux faibles. Ceci exige de sa part une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 exercer une autorit\u00e9 d\u2019influence plut\u00f4t que de pouvoir, \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de la proximit\u00e9 \u00e0 distance, \u00e0 faire confiance.\u00a0<\/span><strong>Cela fait appel \u00e0 son intelligence humaine, non artificielle, non t\u00e9l\u00e9guid\u00e9e, non<span>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<\/span>t\u00e9l\u00e9manag\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><span>.
