Voici en synth\u00e8se les quatre points principaux qu\u2019elle d\u00e9veloppe.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La BDU, support de la nouvelle consultation annuelle obligatoire du CE sur les orientations strat\u00e9giques et leurs cons\u00e9quences, rassemble des informations d\u00e9j\u00e0 communiqu\u00e9es aux \u00e9lus &#8211; mais en les rendant accessibles en permanence, en les mettant en perspective sur 6 ann\u00e9es, cela pour leur permettre de mieux comprendre la cr\u00e9ation et la r\u00e9partition de la valeur au sein<br \/>\nde l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<li>La nouvelle consultation du CE ne se substitue pas aux autres consultations existantes, et, a minima, toutes les informations transmises de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9currente (au trimestre, au semestre et \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e) doivent obligatoirement figurer dans la BDU en respectant les p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues par le code du travail.<\/li>\n<li>La BDU doit pr\u00e9senter les informations de mani\u00e8re plus intelligible, simple et dynamique qu\u2019elles ne l\u2019\u00e9taient jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, en les organisant de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente et par grandes th\u00e9matiques.<\/li>\n<li>Le l\u00e9gislateur recommande a minima une concertation avec les IRP sur la construction et l\u2019organisation du contenu de la BDU, voire une n\u00e9gociation sur sa mise en place, ses modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s, de consultation et d\u2019utilisation.
