Ceci peut sans doute en faire r\u00eaver quelques uns, les commanditaires, mais probablement pas totalement le plus grand nombre, les \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires\u00a0\u00bb. Toutefois, bien que m\u00e9fiants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des modes, ne jetons pas le chatbot avec l\u2019eau du bain.<\/p>\n<h2>De quoi parle-t-on\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le chatbot est un logiciel auquel des questions peuvent \u00eatre pos\u00e9es et qui y apporte des r\u00e9ponses. Cet \u00e9change peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 verbalement ou par \u00e9crit. Ces robots int\u00e8grent de plus en plus de donn\u00e9es propres \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise et \u00e0 son contexte, \u00e0 l\u2019environnement l\u00e9gal et conventionnel, et ils capitalisent sur les historiques de ces questions\/r\u00e9ponses. Lorsque des praticiens de la Fonction RH indiquent des utilisations possibles des chatbots, ils \u00e9voquent en premiers lieux des questions sur les cong\u00e9s, les JRTT, certains domaines de la convention collective, les activit\u00e9s sociales et culturelles du comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise&#8230; Des liens sont ensuite possibles pour que des actions soient entreprises dans la foul\u00e9e\u00a0: une r\u00e9ponse sur un solde pr\u00e9visionnel de JRTT peut engendrer une demande de prise, laquelle est alors transmise au responsable, lequel la valide ou pas, le demandeur en est inform\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Les limites actuelles<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si cela \u00e9voluera probablement vite, les sujets trait\u00e9s sont encore assez limit\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, la dimension \u00ab\u00a0conversationnelle\u00a0\u00bb des chatbots rel\u00e8ve pour l\u2019heure davantage d\u2019une promesse marketing que d\u2019une r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Une conversation entre \u00eatres humains va au-del\u00e0 des mots\u00a0; ce n\u2019est pas le cas aujourd\u2019hui entre un \u00eatre humain et un robot. Et reste que l\u2019innovation est avant tout technologique\u00a0; elle n\u2019est en rien une \u00ab\u00a0innovation RH\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi s\u2019y int\u00e9resser\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Des progr\u00e8s techniques vont continuer de fluidifier et surtout fiabiliser ce processus de questions\/r\u00e9ponses. Des gains de productivit\u00e9 pourront par cons\u00e9quent \u00eatre obtenus par les commanditaires, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces outils.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine de l\u2019esquisse et de la conduite de leur propre parcours professionnel, les \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires\u00a0\u00bb pourraient aussi y trouver de r\u00e9els avantages. L\u2019outil, avec ou sans avatar dont la voix est plus ou moins sexu\u00e9e, pourrait en effet permettre, en toute confidentialit\u00e9, de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 un parcours \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur comme \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019entreprise. Le \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire\u00a0\u00bb serait alors le v\u00e9ritable sujet de cette r\u00e9flexion pr\u00e9alable, nourrie de mani\u00e8re pertinente des tris d\u2019hypoth\u00e8ses et de suggestions d\u2019\u00e9volutions produites par la machine. Il pourrait, ensuite et de sa propre initiative, prendre contact avec un responsable RH, et sur la base de tout ou partie de ce travail pr\u00e9alable, converser avec lui et entrecroiser des id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Rendue possible par un \u00ab\u00a0chatbot\u00a0\u00bb,\u00a0ce serait dans une possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019inversion des r\u00f4les que r\u00e9siderait la v\u00e9ritable \u00ab\u00a0innovation RH\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un collaborateur est prise en mains par le collaborateur lui-m\u00eame. Cela implique que la Fonction RH en accepte l\u2019augure et l\u2019encourage.
