Cela ne dit rien des comp\u00e9tences transversales qui feront r\u00e9ellement la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p><p>Aujourd\u2019hui, des comp\u00e9tences comme la culture data, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec l\u2019IA, l\u2019esprit critique ou l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 deviennent d\u00e9terminantes. Elles ne figurent pas toujours en t\u00eate des fiches m\u00e9tiers. Pourtant, elles conditionnent la performance \u00e0 long terme.<\/p><p>Se concentrer uniquement sur les intitul\u00e9s de poste peut faire passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ces comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s.<\/p><h2>La vitesse d\u2019\u00e9volution des m\u00e9tiers<\/h2><p>Un m\u00e9tier en croissance aujourd\u2019hui peut \u00e9voluer tr\u00e8s rapidement.<\/p><p>La question strat\u00e9gique n\u2019est pas seulement : \u201cQuels m\u00e9tiers recrutent ?\u201d<br \/>C\u2019est aussi : \u201cQuelles comp\u00e9tences resteront pertinentes dans trois ans ?\u201d<\/p><p>Certaines expertises techniques deviennent rapidement obsol\u00e8tes. D\u2019autres, plus fondamentales, prennent de la valeur avec le temps.<\/p><p>Piloter les comp\u00e9tences implique d\u2019int\u00e9grer cette dimension d\u2019anticipation, pas uniquement une lecture \u00e0 court terme du march\u00e9.<\/p><h2>La transformation silencieuse des m\u00e9tiers existants<\/h2><p>Tous les m\u00e9tiers ne sont pas \u201cen croissance\u201d. Pourtant, beaucoup se transforment en profondeur.<\/p><p>Un comptable, un recruteur ou un responsable RH ne travaillent plus aujourd\u2019hui comme il y a cinq ans. Les outils \u00e9voluent. Les attentes aussi.<\/p><p>Le risque est de concentrer l\u2019attention sur les nouveaux m\u00e9tiers \u00e9mergents et d\u2019oublier d\u2019accompagner la mutation des fonctions d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p>La gestion des comp\u00e9tences ne concerne pas uniquement l\u2019avenir. Elle concerne aussi la transformation du pr\u00e9sent.<\/p><h2>Le d\u00e9calage entre tendances nationales et r\u00e9alit\u00e9 interne<\/h2><p>Les classements sont nationaux, parfois internationaux. Ils refl\u00e8tent des dynamiques globales.<\/p><p>Mais chaque entreprise a ses priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques, son secteur, son territoire, sa culture.<\/p><p>Un m\u00e9tier en croissance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du march\u00e9 ne sera pas n\u00e9cessairement critique pour votre organisation. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, certaines comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 votre activit\u00e9 peuvent devenir strat\u00e9giques sans appara\u00eetre dans aucun classement.<\/p><p>Le pilotage des comp\u00e9tences doit s\u2019appuyer sur les tendances du march\u00e9, mais aussi sur une analyse fine de vos enjeux internes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>Conclusion<\/h2><p>Les classements des m\u00e9tiers en croissance sont un bon point de d\u00e9part.
