{"id":260,"date":"2018-03-29T14:55:38","date_gmt":"2018-03-29T12:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crosstalent.com\/blog-crosstalent\/?p=260"},"modified":"2024-10-29T21:43:59","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T20:43:59","slug":"thehrframework-et-crosstalent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crosstalent.com\/fr\/actualites\/thehrframework-et-crosstalent\/","title":{"rendered":"TheHRframework et Crosstalent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A l\u2019occasion du tout dernier salon Solutions RH, Crosstalent a accueilli sur son stand du 20 au 22 mars 2018 la solution TheHRframeworkTM.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes en effet convaincus que cette approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de \u2018scan\u2019 et de gestion de tous les talents d\u2019une entreprise, quelle que soit sa taille, pr\u00e9sente un triple int\u00e9r\u00eat\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un vrai et solide contenu RH, \u00e9talonn\u00e9 \u00e0 tr\u00e8s grande \u00e9chelle<\/li>\n<li>Une facilit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation partag\u00e9e au niveau du CODIR et de la DRH<\/li>\n<li>Le \u2018scan des talents\u2019 devient la pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse de la gestion des Ressources Humaines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chaque salari\u00e9 est situ\u00e9 sur six dimensions\u00a0: la tenue de son r\u00f4le dans l\u2019organisation, les comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019il met en \u0153uvre, son niveau de performance par rapport aux attentes, son positionnement dans la matrice des talents, sa place dans la matrice Vision et Valeurs, le degr\u00e9 de risque de son d\u00e9part de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>La pierre angulaire de cette analyse syst\u00e9mique reste pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le r\u00f4le d\u00e9volu au salari\u00e9 dans l\u2019organisation, de <i>Support<\/i> \u00e0 <i>Strategy Development<\/i>. L\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de l\u2019entretien annuel peut venir compl\u00e9ter celle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le CODIR ou la DRH. Le \u2018scan des talents\u2019 peut venir alimenter des revues de personnel et contribuer aux organigrammes de succession. Le pilotage des augmentations individuelles et collectives peut en \u00eatre nourri.
