La plupart d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019elles ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les mettre en place pour \u00e9valuer\u2026 les comp\u00e9tences, les r\u00e9sultats professionnels en fonction des objectifs fix\u00e9s, les besoins de formation, les souhaits de mobilit\u00e9, l\u2019implication au travail, etc. etc. Certaines excluent d\u2019embl\u00e9e le sujet de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ; d\u2019autres entretiennent le flou ; d\u2019autres encore utilisent ce processus pour finalement ne g\u00e9rer que les variables et les augmentations individuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Plus ou moins rapidement, beaucoup se rendent compte de plusieurs r\u00e9alit\u00e9s. Tout d\u2019abord \u00e9valuateurs et \u00e9valu\u00e9s ont du mal \u00e0 tenir sur la dur\u00e9e. Par ailleurs les DRH ont du mal \u00e0 v\u00e9ritablement tout exploiter (litote ou euph\u00e9misme ?). Enfin, \u00e0 vouloir trop embrasser on risque de passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de deux aspects primordiaux : le temps d\u2019\u00e9change entre le salari\u00e9 et son manager ; la pr\u00e9servation ou mieux le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Une application r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie de la loi du 5 mars 2014 permettra aux entreprises qui n\u2019ont rien mis en place ou qui s\u2019interrogent sur leurs pratiques de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la nouvelle obligation de mettre en place des \u00ab entretiens professionnels \u00bb tout en clarifiant la probl\u00e9matique. Le l\u00e9gislateur, s\u2019appuyant sur les \u00e9changes entre les partenaires sociaux (ANI du 14 d\u00e9cembre 2013), donne du contenu \u00e0 l\u2019exercice : l\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle (classification, r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, positionnement), la formation professionnelle (actions suivies), la qualification professionnelle (certifications obtenues). Des outils pour g\u00e9rer et exploiter de mani\u00e8re dynamique un tel contenu existent. Ils sont simples \u00e0 mettre en place, permettent une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 du suivi, et mettent \u00e0 disposition des managers, des salari\u00e9s et de la Fonction RH des \u00e9l\u00e9ments factuels.
