Et si \u00e0 fortiori elle n\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019une contrainte pour la majorit\u00e9 des DRH. Alors, en effet, nous n\u2019aurions pas beaucoup fait \u00e9voluer dans le bon sens le dialogue social dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Et pourtant la BDU peut \u00eatre une formidable opportunit\u00e9 ! Une double opportunit\u00e9 : pour pr\u00e9server ou am\u00e9liorer le dialogue social dans l\u2019entreprise ; pour harmoniser, simplifier et fiabiliser les donn\u00e9es produites. Des DRH ont pris le sujet par le bon bout, celui de la concertation. Le cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 par eux : choix d\u2019une mise en place progressive ; modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s ; s\u00e9lection d\u2019un outil informatis\u00e9 et \u00e9volutif ; organisation des donn\u00e9es. A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ce cadre, beaucoup d\u2019autres sujets sont abord\u00e9s paritairement comme les niveaux de consultation, les historiques, les notifications de mises \u00e0 jour, des fonctionnalit\u00e9s annexes, \u2026 Certaines DRH ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ouvrir une p\u00e9riode de test de l\u2019outil choisi, laquelle a permis des \u00e9volutions notables souhait\u00e9es par les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Cette voie de la concertation, encourag\u00e9e par le l\u00e9gislateur, permet d\u2019avancer dans l\u2019esprit de la loi et de l\u2019accord national interprofessionnel de janvier 2013. Il semble en effet clair pour toutes les parties prenantes qu\u2019est attendue une vraie simplification, non b\u00e2cl\u00e9e, de la multitude des indicateurs et rapports l\u00e9gaux et conventionnels. Trop d\u2019informations tue l\u2019information : les redondances observ\u00e9es aujourd\u2019hui sont souvent plus source de confusion que d\u2019\u00e9claircissement ! Au moment de rassembler dans la BDU toutes ces informations transmises de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9currente au Comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise, l\u2019occasion est belle d\u2019engager par le dialogue social une refonte simplifi\u00e9e et all\u00e9g\u00e9e des indicateurs sociaux.
