De mani\u00e8re \u00e9tonnante ils dirigent tous leur effarouchement de salon sur le premier vocable, s&rsquo;indignant que l&rsquo;on puisse traiter de \u00ab\u00a0ressource\u00a0\u00bb une femme ou un homme : \u00ab\u00a0\u2212 Non, l&rsquo;homme n&rsquo;est pas une ressource !\u00a0\u00bb ; \u00ab\u00a0\u2212 Non, on ne peut pas exploiter les salari\u00e9s comme on exploite une ressource !\u00a0\u00bb ; \u00ab\u00a0\u2212 Il ne faut pas s&rsquo;\u00e9tonner de ce qu&rsquo;on voit, avec une telle conception des salari\u00e9s !\u00a0\u00bb ; etc. Et donc certains tentent de lui substituer un autre mot en R : \u00ab\u00a0Relations\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Richesse\u00a0\u00bb. \u00c0 la limite pourquoi pas ? car ce sera toujours moins pire que \u00ab\u00a0Capital\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Capital Humain\u00a0\u00bb\u2026 Nous voil\u00e0 pass\u00e9s d&rsquo;un \u00e9tat de ressources avec sa promesse de contribution active, au passif d&rsquo;un bilan avec comme seule latitude une augmentation en unit\u00e9s ou une diminution de capitaux (propres ? sociaux ?). Triste, non ?<\/p>\n<p>Depuis trente ans pourtant l&rsquo;appellation \u00ab\u00a0Ressources Humaines\u00a0\u00bb remplace l&rsquo;appellation \u00ab\u00a0du Personnel\u00a0\u00bb. Non sans timidit\u00e9 au tout d\u00e9but : \u00ab\u00a0Direction du Personnel et des Ressources Humaines\u00a0\u00bb. Avec des t\u00e2tonnements encore aujourd&rsquo;hui : \u00ab\u00a0Direction des Relations et des Ressources Humaines\u00a0\u00bb ; \u00ab\u00a0Direction de la Richesse Humaine\u00a0\u00bb. Depuis une trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es des DPRH, des DRRH, des\u2026 DRH essayent surtout dans leurs pratiques de donner du corps au \u00ab\u00a0H\u00a0\u00bb du dernier vocable. Ils s&rsquo;efforcent avec leurs \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;encourager l&rsquo;humain dans les relations professionnelles, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas toujours une \u00e9vidence.<\/p>\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre trop peu nombreux, ils sont convaincus n\u00e9anmoins que le propre de l&rsquo;humain, au sens individuel et collectif, r\u00e9side aussi dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pouvoir se ressourcer lui-m\u00eame. Loin de s&rsquo;\u00e9puiser \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar d&rsquo;une ressource naturelle, une ressource humaine peut en effet prosp\u00e9rer d\u00e8s lors que les conditions le lui permettent. C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce qu&rsquo;elle est humaine que dans un cadre humain elle peut \u00eatre une ressource, pour elle-m\u00eame \u2212 et pour l\u2019organisation dans laquelle elle \u00e9volue. \u00c9tant une ressource pour elle-m\u00eame, elle n&rsquo;est donc pas en soi mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re exploitable et \u00e9puisable. En revanche dans un contexte peu humain elle risque de s\u2019\u00e9tioler voire d\u00e9p\u00e9rir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;heure des RPS et de pratiques qui ass\u00e8chent, tarissent, brisent, il faut oser \u00ab\u00a0Ressources Humaines\u00a0\u00bb.
