Rapidement\u00a0toutefois la tentation de vouloir trop en faire les annihile. Malgr\u00e9 les\u00a0relances et une fermet\u00e9 affich\u00e9e, des entretiens ne se tiennent pas, des\u00a0actions qui leur \u00e9taient conditionn\u00e9es sont tout de m\u00eame mises en\u00a0\u0153uvre, et la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 manag\u00e9riale s\u2019en trouve une nouvelle fois\u00a0\u00e9corn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Et de surcro\u00eet la pratique de l\u2019entretien annuel se voit\u00a0d\u00e9sormais parfois accus\u00e9e d\u2019ouvrir la voie aux RPS.\u00a0Les entretiens annuels ont connu depuis une cinquantaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es\u00a0plusieurs raisons d\u2019\u00eatre\u00a0: outil d\u2019animation manag\u00e9riale\u00a0; d\u00e9clinaison des\u00a0objectifs\u00a0; mesure de la performance\u00a0; objectivation des r\u00e9tributions\u00a0;\u00a0\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences\u00a0; recensement des besoins de formation\u00a0;\u00a0d\u00e9tection des potentiels\u00a0; suivi de populations particuli\u00e8res\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Xavier\u00a0Baron a d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en \u00e9vidence* le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui en d\u00e9coule de\u00a0stratification de finalit\u00e9s toujours ajout\u00e9es, ceci conduisant \u00e0 une\u00a0s\u00e9dimentation immobilisante. Les entretiens sont alors plus ou moins\u00a0bien faits\u2026 et m\u00eame s\u2019ils ne sont pas \u00ab\u00a0faits\u00a0\u00bb les d\u00e9cisions qui devaient\u00a0\u00eatre conditionn\u00e9es \u00e0 leur r\u00e9sultat se prennent tout de m\u00eame. Sans parler\u00a0de l\u2019exploitation par la DRH de leur contenu qui est souvent loin d\u2019\u00eatre\u00a0tr\u00e8s optimale\u2026\u00a0Or l\u2019entretien comme moment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de dialogue manag\u00e9rial peut \u00eatre\u00a0sans conteste un excellent outil \u2013 d\u00e8s lors que son objet porte sur le\u00a0c\u0153ur de la relation de travail. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire sur le travail \u00e0 faire, sur les moyens et les aides n\u00e9cessaires, sur les r\u00e9sultats obtenus.<\/p>\n<p>Acceptons\u00a0donc d\u2019embrasser moins large et de nous poser deux questions :\u00a0pourquoi une \u00e9ch\u00e9ance syst\u00e9matiquement annuelle ? pourquoi des\u00a0entretiens syst\u00e9matiquement individuels alors que les productions et les\u00a0r\u00e9sultats sont souvent collectifs\u00a0?\u00a0Par ailleurs, un entretien p\u00e9riodique pour faire le point sur l\u2019\u00e9volution\u00a0professionnelle d\u2019un collaborateur est \u00e0 encourager.
