Bien n\u00e9e, une BDU peut engendrer \u00e0 son tour de vraies opportunit\u00e9s. Sous r\u00e9serve qu\u2019elle soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant par nature \u00e9volutive ; et sous r\u00e9serve que l\u2019outil mis en \u0153uvre pour la supporter soit lui-m\u00eame con\u00e7u pour s\u2019adapter.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9volutions r\u00e9centes prouvent que l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait indispensable : le rangement des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la BDU a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 entre le premier d\u00e9cret d\u2019application de d\u00e9cembre 2013 et la loi Rebsamen d\u2019ao\u00fbt 2015. Un futur nouveau d\u00e9cret est toujours en attente. Et il est fort probable que quelques contentieux finiront par faire jurisprudence.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019immense majorit\u00e9 des clients de Crosstalent a opt\u00e9 pour la facult\u00e9 offerte par la loi d\u2019une mise en place concert\u00e9e. A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un cadre d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par l\u2019employeur, cette concertation implique d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 prendre en compte des demandes d\u2019adaptation ou d\u2019\u00e9volution. De surcro\u00eet des accords collectifs sont sign\u00e9s et continueront d\u2019appara\u00eetre, avec parfois des indicateurs et des plans d\u2019actions n\u00e9cessitant un suivi par le CE ou le CHSCT. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments doivent et devront pouvoir \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans la BDU.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approche de Crosstalent est tr\u00e8s structurante tout en restant tr\u00e8s ouverte. Les donn\u00e9es sont rang\u00e9es en trois cat\u00e9gories au maximum (donn\u00e9es sociales, donn\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques, et le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant donn\u00e9es de RSE). Les grandes sections \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ces cat\u00e9gories sont logiques et explicites, mais restent modifiables par la DRH. Permettant l\u2019actualisation des valeurs de pr\u00e8s de 150 indicateurs classiques, les pr\u00e9-calculs automatis\u00e9s reposent sur des rapports de gestion adaptables par la DRH elle-m\u00eame.
