La BDU \/ BDES permet de faire autrement ; et donc pour faire mieux !<\/p>\n<p>Si nous continuions de faire comme avant, \u00ab parce qu\u2019on a toujours fait comme \u00e7a \u00bb, la BDU \/ BDES n\u2019aurait que des inconv\u00e9nients. Plus encore elle pr\u00e9senterait le risque d\u2019accro\u00eetre la charge de travail improductive de plusieurs de nos coll\u00e8gues de la Fonction RH. Avec une valeur ajout\u00e9e proche de z\u00e9ro. Avec des relations sociales toujours sujettes au syndrome du \u00ab\u00a0releveur de compteurs\u00a0\u00bb. Par bonheur de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises, petites et grandes, saisissent toutefois l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs pratiques actuelles. Tant pour la qualit\u00e9 du dialogue social que pour l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la Fonction RH.<\/p>\n<p>Cela implique d\u2019avancer en suivant une m\u00e9thode simple :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est un recensement exhaustif des informations, documents, rapports, bilans\u2026 fournis de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9currente aux IRP en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et au CE en particulier<\/li>\n<li>la deuxi\u00e8me consiste \u00e0 diagnostiquer l\u2019existant (en conformit\u00e9, coh\u00e9rence, fiabilit\u00e9, int\u00e9r\u00eat et pertinence, co\u00fbt de production)<\/li>\n<li>la troisi\u00e8me porte sur l\u2019esquisse d\u2019un outil cible et de r\u00e8gles d\u2019alimentation et de consultation<\/li>\n<li>la quatri\u00e8me est celle du choix des modalit\u00e9s de mise en place.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La voie de la concertation est en l\u2019occurrence de loin la plus usit\u00e9e par les DRH pour mettre en \u0153uvre la BDU \/ BDES. Dans le dialogue qui s\u2019instaure alors entre la direction et les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel, pourquoi ne pas s\u2019atteler au toilettage des pratiques actuelles ? Tout en se repla\u00e7ant dans le cadre l\u00e9gal pourquoi ne pas les remettre en perspective \u2013 avec une double volont\u00e9 de simplification et de pertinence des indicateurs ? Certains r\u00e9torqueront peut-\u00eatre \u00ab Mais \u00ab\u00a0ils\u00a0\u00bb vont nous en demander encore plus ! \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Nos pratiques et nos observations renforcent notre conviction : \u00e7a peut tr\u00e8s souvent ne pas \u00eatre vrai, d\u00e8s lors que les DRH eux-m\u00eames abordent le sujet de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 la fois constructive et ferme, et non pas, a priori, d\u00e9fensive et ferm\u00e9e.
