D\u2019aucuns c\u00e8dent \u00e0 la tentation, sans plus d\u2019implication et souvent sans suite durable. D\u2019autres innovent v\u00e9ritablement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un cocktail gagnant \u00ab technologie, volontarisme, exp\u00e9rimentation \u00bb, augment\u00e9 de la v\u00e9rification et l\u2019encouragement du niveau d\u2019adoption. De quoi parle-t-on ?<\/p>\n<p>Nous savons pousser de l\u2019information aux salari\u00e9s, en produisant du papier, ou en recourant \u00e0 des intranets classiques qui sont alors des portails informatifs. Nous pouvons aussi rendre ces portails interactifs, en y int\u00e9grant des circuits de validation de compl\u00e9ments d\u2019information entr\u00e9s dans la machine par les salari\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames. Mais comment \u00eatre encore plus pro-actif et plus efficace dans l\u2019exploitation statistique, dans l\u2019ad\u00e9quation des politiques RH, et partant dans l\u2019enrichissement de l\u2019information ? En ajoutant une troisi\u00e8me dimension \u00e0 nos portails RH qui deviennent alors : informatifs et interactifs et collaboratifs.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre \u00e0 disposition de l\u2019information est une pratique courante. La possibilit\u00e9 de mise \u00e0 jour des informations, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des processus informatis\u00e9s et ins\u00e9r\u00e9s dans des circuits de validation, est de plus en plus souvent offerte aux salari\u00e9s. De mani\u00e8re interactive, ceci permet sans d\u00e9lai de d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialiser \u00e0 la source, d\u2019\u00e9viter les re-saisies et les risques d\u2019erreurs. De surcro\u00eet la technologie garantit de beaucoup mieux cibler la sollicitation des personnes en fonction de leur profil et de leur situation au regard de campagnes en cours (\u00e9pargne salariale ou couverture sociale, par exemple).<\/p>\n<p>Les portails dits \u00ab collaboratifs \u00bb permettent d\u00e9sormais d\u2019aller beaucoup plus loin. Ils facilitent la voie de la co-construction d\u2019un r\u00e9sultat et cons\u00e9quemment la cr\u00e9ation de valeur. Ils sont d\u00e8s lors tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ciables par exemple pour la pr\u00e9paration et le partage des \u00e9valuations des comp\u00e9tences, de l\u2019atteinte d\u2019objectifs, de simulations diverses, de production de contenus, etc. Au-del\u00e0 de la technologie, la r\u00e9ussite des d\u00e9marches collaboratives d\u00e9pend de la volont\u00e9 et de l\u2019ouverture d\u2019esprit du Management, avec le soutien durable et sans faille d\u2019un DRH qui encourage la confiance.
