Alors, pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0sublimer\u00a0\u00bb la \u00ab\u00a0nine box\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Ce vieil outil reste s\u00e9duisant car il peut \u00eatre simple d\u2019utilisation et \u00e9claire d\u2019embl\u00e9e par la repr\u00e9sentation graphique de ses r\u00e9sultats. On en attend beaucoup mais il d\u00e9\u00e7oit parfois, ses limites \u00e9tant souvent vite per\u00e7ues\u00a0puisqu\u2019il ne peut restituer que ce qu\u2019on y met. Or l\u00e0 est la difficult\u00e9\u00a0: deux \u00e9chelles similaires pour deux axes diff\u00e9rents, aliment\u00e9es par des notations (d\u2019aucuns parleraient de \u00ab\u00a0scoring\u00a0\u00bb) aux origines plus ou moins ma\u00eetris\u00e9es\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi toutefois cette remise au go\u00fbt du jour\u00a0? La technologie apporte-t-elle aujourd\u2019hui un plus\u00a0? Les d\u00e9marches favorisant une r\u00e9flexion et contribuant \u00e0 une vision partag\u00e9e sont assur\u00e9ment beaucoup mieux servies par les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information actuels. Une application \u00ab\u00a0nine box\u00a0\u00bb doit avant tout faciliter un travail de mise en commun d\u2019\u00e9valuations \u00e9manant de diff\u00e9rents acteurs au sein d\u2019une organisation. Cette facilitation passe par un acc\u00e8s imm\u00e9diat \u00e0 bon nombre d\u2019informations sur les collaborateurs concern\u00e9s, leurs parcours et leurs r\u00e9sultats professionnels, etc. Chaque \u00e9valuateur positionne chaque collaborateur sur la \u00ab\u00a0nine box\u00a0\u00bb, l\u2019outil consolide les \u00e9valuations, des plans d\u2019actions pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9s peuvent ensuite y \u00eatre associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Reste bien s\u00fbr la question des axes d\u2019\u00e9valuation. Performance\u00a0et Potentiel\u00a0? Pourquoi pas, mais quelle performance\u00a0: individuelle\u00a0? collective\u00a0? sur quelle dur\u00e9e\u00a0? \u2026\u00a0? Quel potentiel\u00a0: pour faire quoi\u00a0? \u00e0 quelle \u00e9ch\u00e9ance\u00a0? Pourquoi pas un axe Comp\u00e9tences, avec une \u00e9valuation multi-sources\u00a0: auto-\u00e9valuation, par le n+1, par la DRH, par le parcours professionnel, la passation de tests\u00a0?
