L&#8217;employeur est en l&rsquo;esp\u00e8ce condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 verser des dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats pour mauvaise ex\u00e9cution du contrat de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Rappelons que la loi de mars 2014 oblige l&#8217;employeur \u00e0 informer tout salari\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie tous les deux ans d&rsquo;un\u00a0<em>entretien professionnel<\/em>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 ses perspectives d&rsquo;\u00e9volution professionnelle, notamment en termes de qualification et d&#8217;emploi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion ?
