Difficile de dire que \u00ab\u00a0c\u2019\u00e9tait mieux avant\u00a0\u00bb, bien au contraire.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 90, les services de Ressources Humaines des entreprises avaient recours \u00e0 des bases de donn\u00e9es internes, tr\u00e8s segment\u00e9es et limit\u00e9es. Cette \u00e9poque\u00a0\u00e9tait celle de la publication d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi dans la presse papier, d\u2019annonces co\u00fbteuses, de transmissions de candidatures par courrier, et de traitements fastidieux car non automatis\u00e9s de CV en version papier. Dans son coin le recruteur \u00e9tait propri\u00e9taire de sa base de donn\u00e9es plus ou moins \u00e0 jour. Aujourd\u2019hui, ce temps est r\u00e9volu et personne ne semble regretter l\u2019accumulation des classeurs remplis de CV. Le sourcing consiste d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 utiliser les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et internet comme des CVth\u00e8ques pour trouver des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 des offres d\u2019emplois\u00a0; pour cibler plus facilement et plus rapidement des profils correspondant \u00e0 des recherches multi-crit\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>En 2016, LinkedIn et Viadeo (rachet\u00e9 par Le Figaro) affichent fi\u00e8rement un nombre de 10 millions de membres chacun en France. Partant de ce chiffre, et sachant que la population active compte 38 millions de personnes<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>, nous constatons qu\u2019en moins de 15 ans plus de 25% sont pr\u00e9sentes dans ces r\u00e9seaux. La majorit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences du march\u00e9 deviennent ainsi accessibles par tous en quelques clics\u00a0! Ce vivier de talents constitue une source inou\u00efe pour les recruteurs\u00a0d\u2019autant plus int\u00e9ressante qu\u2019elle s\u2019enrichit continuellement\u00a0: \u00e0 noter, en seulement deux ans LinkedIn a doubl\u00e9 son nombre total de membres<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, et le <em>digital<\/em> plus globalement, sont en train de changer tous les moyens de sourcing de par leur transversalit\u00e9 et leur impact sur le comportement des acteurs. En France, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse aussi bien des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s (9 sur 10), que des cadres (6 sur 10), tous disposent d\u2019un profil sur un r\u00e9seau social professionnel\u00a0; la r\u00e9volution \u00e9tant la mise \u00e0 jour par les personnes elles-m\u00eames, en temps r\u00e9el, des informations. \u00a0L\u2019utilisation de \u00ab\u00a0Google\u00a0\u00bb ou autres moteurs de recherche renforce cette notion d\u2019actualisation\u00a0; mais \u00e9galement celle du recoupement et de la multiplication des sources pour une information plus pertinente et cibl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mode de sourcing, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 une strat\u00e9gie globale de recrutement via les m\u00e9dias sociaux repr\u00e9sente un outil puissant qui int\u00e8gre \u00e0 la fois le recrutement direct (d\u00e9tection et approche) ainsi que l\u2019approche indirecte en d\u00e9veloppant une communaut\u00e9, un vivier de talents\/candidats potentiels. L\u2019optimisation de ces outils sociaux permet donc de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de recrutement tout en diminuant le recours aux autres job boards et cabinets de recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0, que nous r\u00e9serve l\u2019avenir du recrutement\u00a0? Quelles sont ses perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution\u00a0? Vers quoi tendent les Ressources Humaines\u00a0? Les DRH et managers ont \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent en main tous les outils de sourcing\u00a0; demain le support de la machine sera encore davantage au c\u0153ur du processus. L\u2019av\u00e8nement d\u2019un assistant intelligent se profile et voit d\u00e9j\u00e0 le jour\u00a0! A l\u2019aide d\u2019algorithmes plus affin\u00e9s et plus performants (associations de mots-cl\u00e9s et agr\u00e9gation de donn\u00e9es multi-sources), les logiciels vont permettre un sourcing plus efficace et strat\u00e9gique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection de plus en plus intelligents. Le \u00ab\u00a0matching\u00a0\u00bb des comp\u00e9tences est donc la clef\u00a0! La machine va \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine du processus d\u2019id\u00e9ation, poussant l\u2019information intelligente au recruteur, l\u2019humain prenant ensuite le relais. Le Big Data, qui s\u2019\u00e9tend d\u2019ores d\u00e9j\u00e0 au secteur des Ressources Humaines, prend tout son sens sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi qui contient un volume consid\u00e9rable de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 traiter. L\u2019avenir du recrutement repose d\u00e8s lors sur ces logiciels \u00a0\u00ab\u00a0d\u2019alertes \u00e0 talents\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La digitalisation du sourcing des talents commence maintenant\u00a0!
