Pour seulement 15% des r\u00e9pondants les entretiens annuels sont d\u00e9sormais une pratique d\u00e9pass\u00e9e, tandis que 35% pr\u00e9cisent ne pas vouloir jeter le b\u00e9b\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;eau du bain.<\/p>\n<p>Pour autant 75% de nos interlocuteurs envisagent de faire \u00e9voluer leurs pratiques d\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019ici un \u00e0 trois ans.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crosstalent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Graph-1-copie.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4249 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/crosstalent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Graph-1-copie.png\" alt=\"Graph 1 copie\" width=\"600\" height=\"222\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"slate-resizable-image-embed slate-image-embed__resize-full-width\" data-imgsrc=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/mpr\/mpr\/AAEAAQAAAAAAAA0nAAAAJDBmYWM2YmI5LWQ5NjUtNGJhNC05MDg4LTMyYTg2NWYxNjU2NA.png\">Qu&rsquo;\u00e9value-t-on\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"slate-resizable-image-embed slate-image-embed__resize-full-width\" data-imgsrc=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/mpr\/mpr\/AAEAAQAAAAAAAA0nAAAAJDBmYWM2YmI5LWQ5NjUtNGJhNC05MDg4LTMyYTg2NWYxNjU2NA.png\">\n<p>La r\u00e9alisation d\u2019objectifs fix\u00e9s l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente constitue l\u2019objet principal de l\u2019\u00e9valuation annuelle (95%). Suivent l\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences mises en \u0153uvre sur le poste (75%) et l\u2019atteinte de r\u00e9sultats (70%) appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e en fonction d\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ances et d\u2019indicateurs arr\u00eat\u00e9s pr\u00e9alablement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Source d\u2019\u00e9tonnement, pour notre part, 80% concluent un entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation par une note globale ou un positionnement global sur une \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi \u00e9valuer ?<\/h2>\n<p>Pour un r\u00e9pondant sur deux, les \u00e9valuations sont utilis\u00e9es pour asseoir une d\u00e9cision de r\u00e9vision salariale ou d\u2019attribution d\u2019une part variable de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Si les autres utilisations concr\u00e8tes des entretiens d\u2019\u00e9valuation ne sont pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es, la possibilit\u00e9 de les prendre en compte pour faire \u00e9voluer l\u2019organisation et les conditions de travail est loin d\u2019\u00eatre pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e (20%).<\/p>\n<p>Question subsidiaire que nous n&rsquo;avons pas os\u00e9 poser : <strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0toutes ces \u00e9valuations sont-elles vraiment toujours exploit\u00e9es ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Autres sources d&rsquo;\u00e9tonnement<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Seulement 40% des entreprises r\u00e9pondantes m\u00e8nent des entretiens sp\u00e9cifiques pour les salari\u00e9s sous convention de forfait jours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/crosstalent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Graph-2-copie.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4250 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/crosstalent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Graph-2-copie.png\" alt=\"Graph 2 copie\" width=\"600\" height=\"268\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moins de 1 r\u00e9pondant sur 3 d\u00e9clare utiliser un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e8s de 80% d\u2019entre eux admettent n\u2019\u00e9valuer, via des entretiens, <strong>ni les performances collectives, ni les comp\u00e9tences collectives.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"slate-resizable-image-embed slate-image-embed__resize-full-width\" data-imgsrc=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/mpr\/mpr\/AAEAAQAAAAAAAApLAAAAJGZmMGFmZTFlLWNmODUtNDUwOS1iMGRlLTE0Yzc2ODk4YzcwMQ.png\"><a href=\"https:\/\/crosstalent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Graph-4-copie.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4251 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/crosstalent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Graph-4-copie.png\" alt=\"Graph 4 copie\" width=\"600\" height=\"230\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"slate-resizable-image-embed slate-image-embed__resize-full-width\" data-imgsrc=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/mpr\/mpr\/AAEAAQAAAAAAAApLAAAAJGZmMGFmZTFlLWNmODUtNDUwOS1iMGRlLTE0Yzc2ODk4YzcwMQ.png\"><\/div>\n<h2>Et en termes d&rsquo;outils ?<\/h2>\n<p>Dans moins de 1 entreprise r\u00e9pondante sur 2 la Fonction RH donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 chacun de ses salari\u00e9s, via un Portail RH, \u00e0 ses comptes rendus d\u2019entretiens (d\u2019\u00e9valuation, professionnels ou autres).<\/p>\n<p>60% utilisent une application d\u00e9di\u00e9e achet\u00e9e \u00e0 un \u00e9diteur de solutions informatis\u00e9es.
