Crosstalent announces the appointment of Chady Salameh as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1st, 2026.
He succeeds Brice Mallié, co-founder of Crosstalent, who will support the transition until March 31, 2026, to ensure a smooth and structured handover.
Founded in 2012, Crosstalent has gradually grown around the project led by Brice Mallié. From the very beginning, the goal was to offer a reliable HRIS solution designed to meet the specific needs of medium-sized companies and large Groups. This long-term effort has enabled Crosstalent to establish a lasting presence on the French market. In December 2022, the acquisition by saas.group marked a new phase, giving the company the resources to continue its development on a solid foundation.
The appointment of Chady Salameh is a continuation of this journey. With more than 20 years of experience in the development and management of French and international technology companies, he brings proven expertise in the management of SaaS companies in a private equity environment. Former CEO of Visioglobe (Everfield) and ASE Global (Valsoft), he also launched Verra Mobility’s European operations. His previous career at Renault Group, where he managed international markets and large-scale transformation projects, completes a profile firmly focused on growth and operational excellence.
Chady Salameh’s mission will be to continue the development of Crosstalent, strengthen its support for mid-sized companies and large accounts, and support its clients in the fast-changing world of HR, whether regulatory or technological. His experience in international go-to-market strategy will also open up new development opportunities for Crosstalent beyond the French market.
